How do I get started?
It is easier than you think. Once you give us a call we will discuss your project and understand your goals. Once we receive your scope of work you are almost done! We do most of the work from there on. You will only be required to answer questions, approve refinements with in the process and approve the work results. It is our goal to make it as easy as possible for our clients to get started.
How much t ime will I have to spend on the transition?
The Scope of Work is the heart of the engagement. Once we get a detailed Scope of Work from you, we will study it in detail and ask questions in order to refine it. We are here to help you every step of the way to make it as easy as possible for you.
How long will it take to get your team up to speed?
Once we have a final Scope of Work approved by you, we select the project management team and the needed production staff. We can start training and production within a day or two. We provide you data, detailed reporting and time sheets for your review so that you are kept abreast of the project progress.
What kind of savings should I expect?
In general, once the staff is trained and has some experience with the project, you can expect anywhere from 40% to 80% or more in savings over doing the same work in-house.

What kind of turn around can I expect?
It is whatever you require. Some client require 24 hour turn around and others require 20 minute turn around. We work with you to make sure your work is completed on time, every time.
