and how it differs from our other Techspeed service
plans.
Global
staffing resources allows the client the maximum
control over the development team while realizing
the lowest labor cost for ongoing projects. Under
this program Techspeed acts as the clients human
resource department. Techspeed receives candidate
skill set requirements from the client. Techspeed
then recruits, interviews and administers tests
to identify skill set proficiency levels of candidates
and provides the client a list of top candidates
for the positions. Client then does their own
interviews and selects the personal that Techspeed
should hire. Techspeed will administer the staff
in regards to attendance, break periods and dismissal
as per the request of client.
The client commits
to paying the hourly rate per staff member on
a full time basis of 45 hours per week and maintaining
a staff size that will not drop below 80% of the
agreed contract staff size through out the contract
period. The client takes on all responsibility
of managing the staff and workflow. Techspeed
will provide following infrastructure:
• Administration and accounting
• Payroll taxes and benefits
• Bonuses and incentives
• Human resources
• Office equipment
• Computers and software
• Rent and property taxes
• Utilities
• High bandwidth Internet connection
• Any sundry expenses
In essence Global Staffing Resources is a low
cost off location staff that you manage as if
they were your own employees.

1. Techspeed managed
Staff (ongoing project)
A managed staff is one that Techspeed takes full
responsibility as to the understanding of the
project, training of staff, work flow and deadlines
to be met. Techspeed will assign a executive staff
member to supervise and work with the staff. Executive
staff member will also be in constant communications
with project manager located at the client’s
office.
Client agrees to commit to a
set number of hours per month for the ongoing
project. If hours drop below the agreed number
of hours by more than 10% then the techspeed hourly
rate will revert to the standard non-contractual
rate. If hours increase above the agreed number
of hours those additional hours will be billed
at a short-term project rate.
2. Techspeed’s
managed Staff (On a as needed Basis) Standard
Non-contractual rate
The client may use Techspeed’s existing
staff and management team on a as needed basis
at any time with 48 hour notice at the going standard
non contractual rate.
