Once your scanned images are received we use a

we are able to get an accuracy rate of over 99.95%

Our input can be either paper or scanned images.
We set up a procedure in which the source documents
can remain at the client's location. We use high
speed scanners to scan the source documents. The
image files (*.TIF images) are then sent to our
data entry division for content development.
We have high speed lines at our production facility.
Clients have their own FTP account to upload data
at any time. Once we have the data we can offer
very quick turnaround time. We have been working
with a turnaround time as low as 10 hours.

Quality
and Audit procedures
We offer blind double key verification. That means
we data enter the documents twice by two different
operators. When there is a mismatch between what
is keyed by the first operator and the second
operator an error is confirmed and rectified by
a third audit inspector. Beyond that, this leads
to highest quality levels.
All projects are controlled by team leaders who
randomly check operators for continued accuracy.
New operators are 100% checked until they become
familiar with the project and meet our requirements.
All data entry operators are evaluated for speed
and accuracy on an ongoing basis.
We work with the client to understand the project
requirements fully. Once the requirements are
fully understood, our Research and Development
department develops data validation programs to
check the output online and offline for various
conditions specified by clients.
We have a structured methodology for tracking
