Training -

We follow the step by step documentation that the client provides us to understand their process. If needed, our Project Managers are trained by our clients using third party screen sharing utilities. They process a few mock orders first and then move on to the team training using some trial batches. We consider your work volume and then help you decide on the team size. Our staff is divided in 3 daily shifts that cater to your needs by offering our services 24/7, once trained!

Reporting -
